Thanksgiving Menu 2019
This year I'm doing a low-key Thanksgiving menu on my own. I may invite some friends over during the weekend or visit others, but I'm having a craving for my own versions of Thanksgiving classics, so a simple dinner it is.
- Smothered Turkey Necks (Kitchenista's recipe for turkey wings)
- Apple Bacon Dressing (Kitchenista's recipe for stuffing)
- Radiatore Mac and Cheese
- Roasted Honey-Bacon Brussels Sprouts
- Sw. Potato Salad with Bacon, Walnuts, Kale, and Mustard Greens
- Ginger-Lime Mocktail
I'll let you know how it turns out!
edit:
Just in writing this I've realized that the star of my Thanksgiving meal this year is *clearly* bacon. The dressing, Sw. Potato Salad, and Brussels Sprouts all include bacon and I chose these without that in mind. Clearly I'm just about the bacon this year 😅.
